A transfer of A+ Science AB’s business into CTC Clinical Trial Consultants AB was completed on 1st of January 2024, resulting in all operations of A+ Science AB transferred and incorporated successfully into the CTC organization.
The board of A+ Science AB is now planning for the next step in the process, which will be to recommend the shareholders to take a decision to put the Company into voluntary liquidation at the next general meeting.
Once the decision is taken, the liquidation process will take place according to the Swedish Companies Act and we estimate that it will be completed in the second quarter of 2025. Possible surplus will be divided among all A+ Science shareholders, the entity will then be deregistered from the company register and cease to exist.
